Anil Ralph Thomas is the rare advertising polymath who has conquered every angle of the craft over three relentless decades across Account Management, Brand Planning, Creative Leadership and then stormed the screen as a formidable film director. He has written and supervised over 300 commercials, personally directing more than 75 of them, breathing human truth into marquee brands like Unilever, Britannia, TVS, Titan, ITC, Tata Tea, V-Guard, NoBroker, and beyond.

His work doesn't just play, it wins. Metals at Cannes Lions, Clio, AdFest Asia, Effies, and GoaFest line his shelf, yet he's never chased the glitter. The real pursuit? Creating work that sticks, sells, and stirs, effective, memorable, and unapologetically powerful.

As Chief Creative Officer at Ralph&Das, he now architects bold visions while continuing to write and direct. Before that, he commanded creative rooms as CCO at The Thinking Machine (Asia, Jakarta), Regional Creative Director at McCann (South India & South East Asia), Senior Creative Director at Ogilvy, and Creative Director at Lowe Lintas.
